My wife and I stayed in the king studio for five nights, and it was roomy enough for our holiday. It was clean and comfortable, and Westfield was about a 10-minute walk away. One clerk at the motel, possibly Indian or Pakistani, was especially kind and helpful. Sorry, I can't remember his name. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The rooms look modern and nice, but sound from other rooms came through the closed door loudly and clearly. I also haven't stayed at another motel or hotel that didn't have tea and coffee in the room. Bring your own toiletries too, as the supplies they provided weren't enough for two.

We’ve booked Albany Oak again for a couple of weeks from now, and it’ll be our first choice when we visit again. For the same price, we’ve stayed in plenty of mediocre motels, but this one is easily the best. The bedrooms and bathroom were spotless, with excellent new appliances, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, going the extra mile for us. Five stars.

We had a great stay on the North Shore. The place was tidy and modern, and it was a relief to find somewhere so clean. The staff were accommodating, and Abhi the manager was easy to reach and went out of his way to help. Really good value for money.

Abhi, the motel manager, went out of his way to arrange an early check-in since we had plans later. That made for a really good experience. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the customer service was top-notch. I had a fantastic stay at the Albany Oak Motel and would happily recommend it.
