Quest Albany

The Quest made for a really relaxing stay, and I'd give it 10/10 for both the experience and the location. The hosts who manage it were warm, hospitable, and lovely to talk with. You could see how much they care about their guests. The room was serviced daily to a very high standard. It was quiet and immaculate, with an excellent layout and easy access to the lift and car park. The bed and pillows were amazing, and there were more power outlets for charging than I've seen elsewhere. The shower was the best I've had at a motel or hotel in Auckland, with plenty of room and fantastic pressure. I'd highly recommend staying here. Thank you very much.

We had an easy check-in, and the staff were very friendly. The apartment wasn't serviced every day, especially on weekends, but when we asked for the rubbish to be removed, they took care of it promptly. We were there for a tennis tournament, with the tennis center very close by. Our three-person group had a spacious two-bedroom apartment on the top floor, with a balcony and lovely views. Both bedrooms had a TV, one had an ensuite, and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a full-size fridge. Free parking outside business hours and on the weekend worked well for us. We had a pleasant stay and would come again.

The shower drained slowly, or may have been blocked, which gave me the creeps a bit. It had really powerful pressure, so there was a lot of water to drain away. Apart from that, it was a clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was very good. Though it's near the main roads, there wasn't much noise.

I arrived at midnight with my 4-year-old, but there was no parking for my reservation. They simply told me there was no space and to park at Massey University, 1.1 km away. My child was asleep, and I had to carry her the whole way. It was so rude and inhumane, and I can't imagine how insensitive the operator was. I'm truly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone.
