Sunrise Garden Serviced Apartments Albany

The forest and garden around Sunrise garden suites make for a peaceful setting, and it's well placed on the edge of Albany, close to shops, the city and beaches. Our stay was comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The modern apartments are well cared for, with fresh towels and regular service from the cleaners. The beds were supportive and plush, the best we've ever slept in.

I was here for over six weeks and had a great stay. The rooms had good furniture and appliances, and the friendly cleaning team kept everything in good shape. Shay at the front desk was very helpful, and Gary, the GM, was around making sure things were running well. Nice work!

We booked three very flash units for our family while attending a three-day ICFM conference. Just perfect. We highly recommend Sunrise Gardens in Albany. When we had an issue, they responded promptly, and when our transport caused a problem, they kindly let us stay beyond checkout. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The apartment layout was awkward, with rooms too small for a suitcase and a tiny bathroom where the shower was right in the way of opening and closing the bathroom door. The lounge was so poorly designed and unsupportive that we couldn't even sit comfortably to watch a show. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the cheap blinds let in the pub's light and the sun. We were in Room 11 on Level 1, directly behind the neighbouring pub. People sang loudly along with the music late into the night, and we barely slept. Nothing about the room felt relaxing. We couldn't wait to leave and won't be back. Definitely not worth it.
