The family apartment was comfortable and warm, and we slept well each night. It had good cooking facilities and enough plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery for the whole family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Rhonda welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and explained where to find everything. We'd been busy buying and moving into a new house over the previous month, so that welcome meant a lot. We ordered breakfast: my wife had the continental option, while the men had the full breakfast. At the arranged time, theirs arrived still very hot, with two perfectly cooked eggs each, sausages, bacon, beans, fried tomatoes, mushrooms, toast, and hash browns. It was filling and delicious. My wife's came with toast, assorted spreads, juice, yogurt, milk, and fruit, plus coffee or tea for everyone. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a couple of good takeaway shops within easy walking distance, a supermarket, and a dairy. If you want exclusivity and total luxury, go to the big city and stay at the Ritz. For comfort and a pleasant stay in a lovely town where you're treated like a local, give this a try. We'll be back.

We paid 600$ for two rooms for two nights for six people, with 150$ for one night for three adults during peak Christmas season. Can't complain, really. The rooms looked aged, the linen was just okay, and there was no ironing facility. The heaters were great and warmed the rooms quickly. Water pressure was low, but all good. It saved us a lot of money. Basically, we were in and out. Enjoy.

We were 11 people staying here, and every one of us would recommend it. The price was great, the rooms were very clean and tidy, and the beds had fresh linen and were really comfortable. The staff were so friendly.

Our unit had two bedrooms and a living room, with beds for five. It was tidy and had basic Sky TV as well as Freeview. Even though the motel is on the main road, it was quiet where we stayed, since the units are at the back.

I couldn't shower because the water pressure was so low. I had a bath instead, but first I had to run the tap to clear out orange rust. On top of that, the landlady was drinking and had loud guests there until late. That wasn't fair on me or the other guests. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend that anyone else do.
