This was a great room with fantastic service, and the recognition of our loyalty was clear. We only wish we'd had a few more days there. It was our 100th different Accor Property in seven years, so it was the perfect place to mark the milestone.

We often say this is the best Novotel in New Zealand. The staff are always kind and helpful, and this time they helped with parking too. A booking error meant there was room for me, which I was lucky to appreciate.

It's a nice Accor hotel, though on the small side. Parking was a nightmare because there simply weren't enough spaces for hotel guests. Breakfast had an okay selection, and the staff were great and friendly. I absolutely loved the pancake machine!

Room 458 was noisy, with plenty of street noise and road sweepers outside, so I barely slept. The bed itself was soft, but $388 a night felt overpriced.
