The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, just right for recovering after our procedure. We had to change our dates and later extend our stay, and staff communicated well and joined the bookings so we didn’t have to change rooms. They were friendly and helpful. The location worked perfectly for us because we could walk everywhere once we arrived. I also appreciated being able to charge my hybrid car, even though it doesn’t have much battery capacity. If I’m back in Hamilton, this would definitely be my first choice.

A good value stay within walking distance of the city, with plenty of off-street parking and a clean room. The smart TV, heat pump, shower heater and jet tub all worked. Staff, including Himani and Sean, were friendly and welcoming.

Our room was really spacious, fresh, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had a beautifully big hot tub. We were very impressed with it for our Valentine’s weekend. Customer service was very professional too. 10 out of 10, highly recommended. We’ve stayed at a few hotels, motels, motor camps and Air b’n’b’s.

The staff were very helpful, and the upstairs unit I stayed in on a Friday evening was very, very clean with a comfortable bed. I’d booked a spa bath. After the room had been closed up all day, I liked being able to open the windows fully for some fresh air. It was one of the nicest, modernised units I’ve stayed in for some time, and I travel frequently. I would have felt more secure staying alone if the door had a safety latch, but that didn’t spoil the experience.
