The receptionist was an amazing guy, and the chalet was spacious and clean. It worked well for families, too. We were only there one night, but I was very happy with our stay and wish we'd had more time.

The two-night price was reasonable, and the three-bedroom chalets are a great fit for families or groups of friends. The spa is a nice extra. Will is very friendly and knows a lot about the region and its history. I'd highly recommend Rocky Mountain Chalets if you're staying in Ohakune or heading to the mountain to ski.

They handled my late check-in without any hassle, and the customer service was friendly and easy. The rooms were clean, and the accommodations were simple but good. Food and gas are a walk or short drive away.

The rooms were comfortable and very spacious, and it was a good place to stay. Just be aware that rooms beside the main road get very noisy at night.

We stayed three nights and had a great time. The location is excellent, close to town, the carrot, and Ruapehu. There are three deep-soak spas and a sauna, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The chalet was clean, warm, and well equipped. I felt safe and had no problems. My bed had an electric blanket, there's a heat-pump, and having washing and drying facilities in the chalet was really handy. Looking forward to coming back, thanks for having us 😄 Bolivia
