We’ve stayed here with the family a few times, and it’s very clean with loads of room for a big group. The kids can run around on the big lawn while the parents relax with a drink on the deck. We walked to the beach every day, then could pick up an ice cream at the service station on the way back. There’s a bus stop right outside too, so it’s an easy getaway without a car. 5/5, I’ll be back soon!
Olive Lane worked really well for our business and our workers. It was easy to keep clean, close to amenities, and people without a car could get to the beach, restaurants, takeaways and basic food shops easily. The bus stop is only a few metres away. Everyone had a comfortable, relaxed stay and still got productive work hours in. There’s also a lovely flat lawn for sports. Thanks, Olive Lane, it was a successful arrangement.
We spent most of our time on the big, sunny front deck. This is a wonderful Bach for a holiday with friends or family, and it can suit smaller groups too even though it’s set up for larger ones. Onetangi beach is an easy stroll away, and after a long lunch or a fun dinner at one of the three restaurant or cafe options on the Strand, the walk back isn’t too far.
We’ve been here in both summer and winter, and it’s a great family bach with room for a big family to play, eat and sleep. The beach is an easy walk away. In winter, smaller groups can get cosy by the log fire after a walk. Well worth a visit.
