The facilities were clean, tidy, and practical. What really stood out, though, was how the team at Racecourse Motel Paeroa helped us when severe weather and road closures disrupted our plans at the last minute. They found accommodation for our group of 11, including children, at very short notice, and were kind and understanding throughout. In the morning they even gave us extra time to arrange somewhere else to stay and work out new plans. That made a stressful situation much easier. We’re very grateful, and would happily recommend them, especially to families.

The front desk lady was so friendly, polite, and kind. We had one of the older rooms, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Best motel in Paeroa. Thanku :-)

The staff were lovely and accommodating, and the location worked really well: peaceful and quiet, but still close to everything we needed. Our room had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was huge with great pressure. We'd definitely come back.

They arranged an after-hours pickup for my one-night stay, with no hassle. The setting is scenic, and the room and spacious bathroom were both modern and clean. The beds were comfy too. A nice, affordable place to stay, and one I'd recommend.

A really relaxed, friendly feel here, and the woman who answered the phone even remembered my name when we arrived. Sorry, I didn't catch yours! The room was roomy, clean, and tidy, with a super-comfy bed. We had an awesome stay and will definitely be back.
