Carla and the resort team made our wedding celebrations easy and memorable. Carla was organised and supportive while we sorted out what we needed, and the weekend staff were accommodating too. We booked most of the apartments for three nights, then held our Sunday recovery day by the pool. Our guests had a great time, and the food was delicious. I’d highly recommend Carla and the Waiheke Island Resort team for wedding celebrations. Thanks to everyone!

The food was outstanding, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavour. We arrived more than 40 minutes early for our first First Table dinner, expecting to wait, but the woman who greeted us warmly took us straight to our table. She stayed genuinely friendly and smiling all evening. Add the stunning views and unmatched service, and it made for a memorable night. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!

Carla helped us organise so much for our wedding, from the accommodation to our Sunday funday, and the team supported us all the way through. Thanks also to Bridget, Connie, Ellie and the rest of the weekend staff for looking after us and all our guests. We rented most of the rooms at Waiheke island resort and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend it for wedding accommodation, they make things so easy.

We got around the island easily on the public buses despite not having a car. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The views are beautiful. The pool and hot tub were full of kids, so we didn’t get to use them, but that was fine.

Bridget really helped make our stay comfortable and special. Valeria at reception was friendly and helpful, and Joaquin at the poolside bar was lovely too. The location is within walking distance of the palm beach, and our room had a beautiful sea view. Thanks so much, highly recommended!
