The large group we brought over Labour Weekend was easily accommodated, and the extra kitchen space let us cook big meals. The rooms were spacious, clean and warm, and the staff made us feel welcome. We visited Regency Motor Lodge weeks beforehand and were given a personalized tour of the facilities. They also offered the laundry area if we needed it. There was plenty of parking, with the areas well lit at night. We had a wonderful weekend, highly recommend the Lodge for accommodation, and hope to stay again.

We usually ask for a lower level room, but I forgot this time and worried about the stairs with our two year old, who doesn't have ears. The staff were very accommodating and moved us without any hassle, giving us a free upgrade to a bigger room. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff went above and beyond for our family. We'd stay again 😊.

We had a lovely visit at the Fitzherbert Regency Motor Lodge. It was a welcoming place in Palmerston north, with a great room and a good-sized bathroom and shower. We'd totally recommend staying here, and thanks so much! 5 star.

The beds were comfortable and having a TV was a nice bonus. Staff were nice, and the room was easy to get around. It took me a while to work out the lights, then I found you just slide the card in.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff were nice, and the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. There's a spa bath as well as a shower 👌.
