It's a simple, clean and tidy place with what you need, and an easy walk into the city centre. Nights were quiet, and there's parking on site. One fun thing to watch is the paraglider landing field next door, where people come down from the Gondola. The receptionist was lovely, really pleasant and helpful.

We spent three nights here and had a good stay. The room and amenities were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's also a clean, modern laundry guests can use. Parking is on site, and it felt quiet and secure. You can walk into the city, and the grocery store and several places to eat are close by too. I have no hesitation recommending Bella Vista Motel Queenstown.

The room was clean, and management had arranged the low-perfume cleaning products I'd requested. The heaters worked, and there's a cute little kitchenette if you want to cook. We could pick up extra supplies ourselves, and a well-stocked supermarket was within walking distance. Roadworks meant little traffic, so noise wasn't an issue. It's only a few minutes on foot to the city centre, cafes, harbour activities and the Gondola. We were on the second floor and had a lovely mountain view. We'll be back :)

Just steps from the city centre, the location is hard to beat. Our room was comfortable, beautifully presented and spotless. The care put into the details made the stay feel easy and relaxing. A really lovely Queenstown option, highly recommend.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and it was great value even over the Christmas period. The man on reception was so kind. He gave me a chocolate bar for my birthday, which really made my day. Little gestures like that mean a lot. We'll definitely return, thank you.
