We had three couples in Apartment 1 for eight nights, and it was roomy across three levels. Each couple had a king-size bed and their own bathroom. Just make sure to specify the bed setup. From the verandah you could see the gondola. The location was excellent, an easy walk to Queenstown's main streets without steep hills on the way back. Bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen was stocked with washing powder, dish detergent, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and sugar. There was heating, heated tiles, and heated towel rails. The top-floor bathroom's hot water didn't seem to last long, but the downstairs bathrooms were fine. Getting in by code instead of keys was handy, and there's a room to store luggage before or after checkout. The bus up to the snow is a one-minute walk away. We'd stay again.

The apartments were good value and nicely located, with the city centre a short walk away and a supermarket five minutes down the road in the other direction. Bedrooms were pleasant, each with an ensuite, and the large lounge opened onto a balcony. They were also happy to provide extra towels when needed. I'd recommend them.

We found check-in easy, and the host was quick to answer messages. The three-bedroom apartment was lovely, with an ensuite for each bedroom and heated bathroom floors. It's very close to the town centre, so the host recommended walking over instead of driving, which was more convenient.

The manager was great, and the place felt quiet despite being an easy, flat walk to town and the attractions. Our three-bedroom apartment was nicely decorated, with a spacious kitchen and living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was a handy spot by the door for coats. We loved it.

We had a great range of on-demand subscriptions included at no extra cost, which was fantastic. The apartments were clean and in a great location. The sofas could use an update, though. They were very soft and a bit dirty.
