Spacious Lake View Townhouse Alpine Walk TO Town

We had a blast, and I really recommend these apartments. The balcony view was breathtaking, and there was a parking spot right outside the door. The apartments were spotless and tidy, with all the amenities you could think of. A supermarket was within walking distance, and it was easy either to cook for ourselves or head to one of the many restaurants in town.

The two-bedroom apartment was stylish and had a fabulous Jacuzzi, though the main bedroom was a little small. It's lovely accommodation on a hill overlooking Queenstown, and overall a great place to stay.

I’m really disappointed with how this has been handled. I can’t get through by phone, and none of my emails have been answered. Booking.com says the hotel is responsible, while the hotel blames Booking.com. I booked six weeks ahead, but had to cancel after losing my job. I know the reservation was non-refundable, so I asked if they could give us credit to visit next year. First they said there’d be no refund, then they wrote that they’d issue credit, and now they say they won’t do anything. I’ve been sent in circles and feel completely stuck. Please avoid booking here.

Those views are the first thing I’ll remember, and the hot tub was another highlight. We had a spacious townhouse with two double rooms and everything we needed in the shared areas. It was spotless, with towels for both the shower and hot tub. There’s also a grill, washer, and dryer. We couldn’t have asked for more. Getting to the center on foot is a bit far, but it’s only five minutes by car. Much better than we expected, and an easy 10/10 stay.
