We had breakfast at The Spire every morning, and the restaurant food was unbelievable. The staff were friendly and professional, and nothing was a problem. Our top-floor suite, number 7, was amazing, with loads of space and a very comfortable bed. We stayed for seven nights and I’d absolutely recommend this hotel, five stars all the way 🙏

The staff made our four-night visit memorable. We had a wedding anniversary and a birthday to celebrate, and they went out of their way to make both feel special. The team was warm and friendly, which meant a lot after a tough couple of years for us. Our rooms were comfortable, practical and attractive, with a free minibar and turndown service as lovely extras. Breakfast at The Grille was delicious every morning. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Thank you! 🙏

We stayed in Room10 and had a lovely view of town with the mountains behind it. The room had all the luxury touches, including great products, heated towel racks, a fireplace and turndown service. Our Luxury Escapes package came with à la carte breakfast, and both the meals and service were spot on. We also ate at The Grille, the sister property at Eichardts Private Hotel. Delicious food and an amazing outlook, well worth a visit. Just one small thing, the TV feels a little low when you’re watching from bed late or early. It could be about 30 cm higher. Otherwise, a top-notch Queenstown stay 🙌🏼

My birthday at The Spire was unforgettable, and I’d totally recommend it. Everyone provided excellent service, especially Lucas with the best cocktails, Charlotte with the lovely welcome, and Eyrie with the kind smile and perfect coffees each morning. I’ll definitely be back.
