This privately owned room in the complex was clean and a good size for two, with reasonable equipment. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from town or the Skyline cable car, and there's a bus stop outside for Arrowtown.

A quiet spot in a convenient location, with an easy walk into town and everything I needed. The appliances all worked, the lounge was pleasant with a comfy sofa, and the beds and pillows were good. Staff also came by to refresh the amenities and linen. Highly recommended.

It's a short walk into town, so the location is good. The room is large and has a kitchenette, but it looked a little rough. The large screen TV was broken and had no reception. When I spoke to the representative the next morning, they said, “Yeah we know about that.” That didn't help when I wanted to relax and watch TV!

Free parking was the only real upside. The building felt like an apartment block, not a four-star hotel, and there was no service. The towels were stained, and the shower drain smelled like sewage while I was showering. Glad we only booked one night. I managed to switch to a much better hotel for the same price.

The views were stunning, and it was easy to get into town from here. Our stay at Whistler Queenstown was amazing: everything was spotless, properly equipped, and just as described. We’d happily come back and would recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown.
