The location is amazing, close to all amenities, with a 4 Square right next door. It was generally quiet despite our room being beside the upstairs kitchen. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the room mostly clean, though the skirting boards were thick with dust. The shower was spacious with good pressure, but parts of its joinery need replacing. Having a deck was a bonus, although the table and chairs have seen better days. A good stay.

The shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. We had a spacious, clean room with plenty of airflow, plus a supermarket and restaurants close by. The only downside was the next-door guests playing music and laughing until about midnight. That was unusual for a motel.

We were lucky to get the roomy, private-feeling Tui Suite, with big bedrooms and comfortable beds. The motel stayed quiet even with town packed on a busy weekend. Staff were lovely, everything was clean and tidy, and parking was easy. It’s a quick walk to swim at the inlet, with a coffee shop just a minute away. There are lots of kinds of food to choose from, though it’s worth booking restaurants on a busy weekend. Air conditioning would be my one suggestion for the future. Thanks for looking after us!

A spacious, spotless bathroom and shower, a high ceiling, and a large king bed made for a lovely room. It’s only a minute’s walk from the centre of town. We loved our stay and would happily recommend the place.

We spent four really relaxing nights in the Tahi Suite. There was lots of room and a lovely patio, and we had a fabulous time. We’d happily come back 😊
