The gardens around the house feel like a botanical display, and cycling through the nearby wine country was a memorable part of our stay. Free bicycles come with the room, and Theresa took plenty of time to walk us through the wine routes on a map. Teresa and Ike were warm and friendly hosts who did all they could to make things easy and enjoyable. Breakfast was filling, with yoghurt, fresh fruit toppings, granola, cold cereal and fresh croissants. There was unlimited coffee and espresso, made to your specifications. A lovely gem of a B&B, and we were very happy there.

Theresa is such a nice host, and she even takes time to chat with you in the morning. Her B&B is wonderful. She offered me a bicycle to ride to a winery, too. I can recommend this place 100%.

The room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was a lovely light spread of yoghurt, fruit, toast, jams, cheeses, croissants and more. Theresa and Ike were the friendliest, most helpful hosts, and we had a great time using the free bikes to ride between wineries, all within about a 20-minute bike ride. The gardens are beautiful as well. We loved our stay at this B&B and would happily come again.

We made use of the hot tub and guest kitchen, and really enjoyed having bikes with helmets, locks and baskets to get around to all the nearby cellar doors. Teresa was friendly and helpful. She also picked us up from the airport and drove us to the rail station when we left. The gardens are beautiful, and breakfast was a delicious, light start to the day. A lovely little B&B in a great location, and definitely a highlight of our South Island trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Renwick made it so easy to reach the wineries without driving, and renting bikes here meant we could hop on and get going. My sister and I stayed in several places around NZ, and this was our favourite. Our hosts were very friendly and had great recommendations. The room was lovely, with a patio of our own and charming seating. We visited in mid November, when the garden was SO beautiful. They’ve done a lovely job with the landscaping. I’d definitely stay here if you can, you won’t regret it.
