The staff are what really made this campsite for us. Our hired camper had problems, and they went way beyond what we expected, lending us a phone for over an hour, driving us to collect things the van needed, and even helping with the van itself. They clearly care about their customers. My partner and I are a young couple from England, travelling for the first time, and the site was just perfect. The shop and communal kitchen had everything we could need and more, and the washrooms were impressively clean for such a busy campsite. The pool was gorgeous, really warm, and relaxing. There are several social rooms, and the dinosaur theme is a fun touch, especially for kids. I wish I could give more stars. We’d go back and recommend it to everyone. Thank you to everyone at all seasons for such an amazing experience! ❤️

We’ve stayed here over many years and keep finding additions and improvements. This time we enjoyed the family units, and we’re planning to bring our extended family next year to try the new units and everything else the place offers. All Season has always been a great place for families, big or small. The owners are especially friendly and helpful, and the heated pool is a real hit on winter visits. I love how child-friendly it is and how much they think of for families. Thanks, All Seasons!

The Santa parade was magical for the little ones, and there was lots for young kids to do. We spent Christmas here for the first time, on our first little family holiday with the kids, and loved our stay. The staff were always ready to help with a smile. It’s also a great base for exploring more of Rotorua. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

We’ve stayed several times and keep coming back. You get a clean, basic room with what you need for a short visit, plus access to a pool and an adults-only hot tub. We usually book a family unit, and this time they upgraded us to a new one for free because we’d stayed a few times and they appreciated our business.

The pool was great, the playground was nice, and the dinos are a fun addition. We were staying in a camper, and the facilities weren’t new, which would have been fine if they were clean. It was very loud, with drunk adults playing music, though the kids didn’t mind. No one from the campground seemed to be around. The kitchen, showers, and other facilities probably weren’t enough for the number of people there, and it felt almost overbooked when we stayed.
