Aura Accommodation

Poppy and the team made our stay wonderful. The hosts at Aura really looked after us and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were a good size, and having both the pool and mineral pool was such a treat. Highly recommend staying here, and thank you to everyone for taking such good care of us 😊

We had a nice stay and got good value. The outdoor pool and its surrounding area are lovely for relaxing, and there’s a trampoline, so it would be a great spot with kids. Our one-bedroom room was clean, had decent equipment, and a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the place is managed very well, with thoughtful touches like fresh milk in the fridge. The location is great, close to the water and Eat Street. The building is showing its age, though, and the sofa in our unit was well past its useful life. The mineral baths are nice but very dated. I do recommend it.

The rooms were large, with lots of space for a family, and the office staff were friendly, funny and nice. I especially liked the private mineral pools, with towels left there and benches to sit on. The swimming pool was great too. Very convenient location.

We booked group accommodation at Aura for our wedding party a couple of years ago, and the team made everything easy for our guests. Their communication was incredible from start to finish. They heard from someone in our party that the hen and stag dos were on Saturday, then worked to get our rooms ready early for guests checking in that day. I hadn’t asked them to do that. They called me the day before to explain the early arrival plan, which honestly blew me away. When we arrived, nothing felt like too much trouble. They left wine in our room, added little messages to the board each day, and after we got back late from the wedding, there was a bottle of bubbles with a note to open on our first anniversary. Every staff member we met was so kind, and the service made the whole wedding weekend much more enjoyable and relaxing. The facilities were brilliant too. We had a group barbecue the night before, and lots of our guests used the swimming and hot pools. The rooms, service and location were all 10/10. Whether you need group accommodation or are travelling on your own, it has everything you need. I’ll keep raving about them and we’ll be back for years to come. THANK YOU TEAM AURA!
