Bella Vista Motel Rotorua

The room was clean, tidy, and modern, and I appreciated the disabled shower, ramp, grab rails, kitchen, comfy bed, and air con. The air con wouldn't blow toward the right, where it was needed, and I couldn't get the TV off Sky onto the TV stations. The car park was handy, though Pat had no staff to help me unload when I needed assistance because of my injury. He did arrange for a staff member to load my luggage into the car the next day. Pat was terrific and honored the price he'd offered me a month earlier for a studio, even though he'd forgotten our conversation. He also forgot to give me milk when I arrived. I was grateful for the early check-in and late checkout, and I'd stay there again.

The location worked well for our Rotorua trip, and getting in from the side street felt easy and safe. Our room was clean and comfortable, which impressed both my wife and me. The owners were friendly and professional.

There was barely room to open our large suitcase on the floor. The motel room was tiny for somewhere outside a big city, about the size of a cruise ship cabin. Even the small bin sat on top of the microwave, which was on the counter, to save space.

There's lots of parking, and it's dog friendly 😀. The room was small but had everything we needed, and the service was first star. The motel is well placed for what we needed.
