Unit No 6 was spotless and just right for our stay, and the aircon worked really well. We only stopped for one night while passing through, but I’d definitely book here again on another Rotorua visit. The team’s communication was outstanding.
10/10
Unit 1 had a queen bed and two single beds, with modern furnishings and a kitchen equipped for cooking a full meal. The full-size fridge was a plus. We walked about a kilometre to Pack & Save and drove to other places, so the location worked well for us. The only small drawback was that the washing machine could use a wipe inside. There was no dryer, just a washing line and an indoor clothes rack. We’re really enjoying our stay!
10/10
We planned on one night and wound up staying three. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The manager was excellent and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Thanks for a great stay!
10/10
The apartment was in a good spot and well equipped. It had two roomy bedrooms, plenty of power points, and space to set down and get to our luggage. They’d also supplied a washing machine, powder, a line, and pegs.
4/10
The main bed was broken. We also couldn’t get hold of the host: they ignored our emails and messages before the stay and while we were there. Oddly, automated stock messages kept coming through anyway.
