We stayed three nights and would definitely recommend it. Our room was one of only four guest rooms, and it was spotless and roomy, with a large ensuite shower and a handy separate space for luggage and getting dressed. We also had a fridge and facilities for making drinks. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and served, with options available. Catherine was warm and welcoming, and happy to tell us about the local area. Parking on the large driveway was easy.

The breakfasts were delicious, and Catherine knew so much about the area that she felt like our own tour guide. We had an excellent stay at The Springs. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, and Catherine was an amazing host. We'd gladly come back and recommend it to family and friends.

Catherine runs this Rotorua B&B with real enthusiasm and professionalism. The house is beautifully set up, with thoughtful details throughout, and the whole experience felt special. There are only a limited number of rooms, so it's worth booking ahead. Guests can use a lovely living room and a well-equipped kitchen, where we had a delicious breakfast. The location also makes it easy to reach the attractions, about five minutes by car.

We usually choose hotels, but our travel agent said The Springs was the place to stay, and she was right. Andy and Catherine made everything comfortable and special, with helpful advice about the area. Andy even drove us to a restaurant. We spent two nights here, and it was the best bed and breakfast we've been to. Highly recommended.

The place was immaculate, and the hosts were friendly, caring, and helpful. They were the best hosts we had on our trip. We'd happily stay for a week. They really have the touch.
