The willow tree was a favourite 😍. We absolutely loved our 5 night stay, and Peter was a great host. He was very helpful when we had car trouble, recommending a mechanic while we were away.

The cottage sits in a lovely, well kept garden, with peace and quiet tucked away while still being close to everything you might need or want. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We only booked one night directly with Peter on the way up to Abel Tasman, and wished we'd had a couple more days in that little secret garden. The gardens feel so thoughtfully put together, and being there really made me feel calmer. The space was comfortable and practical, with a little fridge and microwave. The photos and videos don't do it justice. For what we paid, it was absolutely worth it, and hopefully we'll be back one day.

We booked at the last minute for one night, but we'll definitely visit again. The self contained cottage was clean and lovely, tucked into a peaceful, relaxing setting with beautiful, tranquil gardens. Highly recommend.

Peter and Ali were wonderful hosts, and the cottage was tucked away somewhere peaceful and rural. We had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfy. They’d left us fresh zucchini loaf and milk when we arrived.
