This review is very late, but I wanted to thank the owners for treating me so exceptionally, mostly over the phone from Auckland. I was panicking about my son’s wedding, and the lady, Jenny perhaps, was incredibly kind. What an amazing place and such a lovely attitude. Thanks for bearing with all my repeated calls!

It feels like an old settler homestead, with a wonderful atmosphere. The boutique accommodation has four rooms suited to couples, plus a small cottage. Tracy goes out of her way to make a stay memorable. I loved it and would recommend it as highly as I can, ten stars if possible.

The gardens and views across the bay are stunning, and the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners, Tracey and William, gave us such a warm welcome at Fantail Mill. We can’t wait to visit again. Wendy Singleton Maree.

We’re back for our second stay, and it won’t be the last. Beautiful place, awesome hosts, and clean, comfortable rooms close to town. Nothing but good things to say. Fabulous!
