We stayed in the Kiwiana apartment. It was very clean and had all the equipment we needed, and the bed was really comfortable. The rooms did get hot in the afternoon because the main windows face the sun, and unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working.

Even with other guests around, we barely noticed anyone and weren't disturbed by noise. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and tidy, and the hosts were friendly and ready to help. The setting was peaceful, with lovely views and access to a private beach. We had a fabulous few nights here in the Bay of Islands and would stay again.

The one downside was having to leave so soon! Our Pacifica apartment was immaculate, modern and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were warm and welcoming, very gracious, and full of knowledge about the area's history.

The view from the spa was unreal, and the whole place felt special. Our unit was like a home away from home, with a really relaxed atmosphere and lovely hosts. Everything was beautiful. I'd give it 10 stars if I could, and would happily stay forever.

We love Kokomo retreat and this was our second stay. It's close to Russell Town center, with access to a private beach and a spa pool overlooking the sea. The couple hosting were so welcoming and easy to communicate with. Already looking forward to coming back.
