The view from the little cottage was lovely, and inside it was clean and had everything we needed for two. Elspeth had researched where to find native Clematis and took us out to see it. Even with the dreadful weather, the trip worked out really well. We had lots of rain, then woke up to snow the next morning. The Staverley Store’s pies and other baked goods were excellent. We’d love to come back in summer and walk around the area.
