The room was very spacious, with the basics I needed, including heaters and electric blankets for winter. It only has a kitchenette, with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster for making tea or coffee and heating food. There's a basket for your dishes so housekeeping can wash them. I stayed in the Spacious Studio in mid-May. Erin quickly confirmed the booking and sent the contactless check-in details. It's a quiet motel within easy walking distance of the shops and lakeside. There's a dedicated parking space and an outdoor patio with a bench.

Cosy spot near town. Erin went out of her way to get back the cardigan my partner had left behind. Really appreciated it!

I've returned several times while travelling around the North Island, and this is now my regular place to stay with my adorable Rocky toy poodle. The little units are clean, modern and nice, and the Inn is close to town. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge.

The owners of the Inn were amazing. I made a last minute booking around 12pm last week because I was too tired to drive home safely. They gave me a lovely room with a comfy bed, and the service was friendly even though my tired brain couldn't work out the emailed entry instructions. I'd also had some negative feedback from another place earlier that night, so I was tired and frustrated. It was a bonus that the room welcomed pets. My cat and dog could stretch their legs too.
