Anthony gave us a warm, friendly welcome, and we had a lovely six-day stay. The room was very well equipped with everything you might need, and washing facilities were available too. The location was ideal. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Taupo.

I stayed for two weeks and felt completely comfortable the whole time. The place was welcoming and had everything I needed. It was peaceful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly. I had a great experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

The room was tucked away at the back of the hotel, with a tired interior and a dirty, unkempt outdoor seating area. We thought we'd booked a room with lake views, but that wasn't what we got when we arrived. The in-room menus were two years old. When we ordered dinner in, we were charged $30 more than the listed prices for what we ordered. Internet was intermittent, so watching TV was frustrating, with constant pauses and delays. On top of that, children in the room upstairs kept running around late at night and started again early the next morning. We did stay the second night we'd booked.

Our host was sooo lovely and friendly. I stayed two nights with my granddaughter and my best friend. The location was excellent, with the lake straight across the road. I've marked this place to stay again. 👌👌👏👏
