Tuscany On Taupo

Bee and Richard made us feel like we were staying with the aunt and uncle you actually like. They’re lovely, easy to get along with, and fun to have a laugh with. Their house is beautiful, just a two-minute walk from the lake, and the little touches made it feel like home. It was always warm, with heat pumps throughout and a lovely open fire downstairs. The food was delicious, especially the crispy bacon, and the hospitality was fantastic. Our two-night stay was more than brilliant. The family has already agreed we’ll come back many times. Thanks for the amazing hospitality. We had a great stay and are looking forward to returning.

We spent three nights here and absolutely loved it. It felt like staying at good friends’ home. We even had dinner with Richard and Bee one night and shared a glass of wine another evening. The room was bright and spacious, and breakfast was delicious, restaurant quality. Bee greeted us with a big smile and such a positive, radiant manner; Richard was immaculate and polite, and just as welcoming. They both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. This is the best B&B we’ve stayed in. Thank you both so much. We’d love to return and highly recommend them.
