We had a good-sized, comfortable room and really enjoyed the shower. Breakfast was supplied, and there was a fridge, microwave, and kettle. It's a good base for exploring the local area. Loralei made us feel welcome and gave us plenty of useful advice. Thanks for a lovely stay, Loralei.

Loralei was polite, respectful, and very helpful with information about Tauranga. My husband and I really enjoyed our time at botanical haven. It was a much-needed haven for us both, and we'll definitely visit again next time we're in NZ. The B&B is cute and cosy, with a room larger than a hotel room and all the conveniences of a 5-star hotel. There's a decent-sized bathroom, a lounge area and kitchenette, and a very comfortable bed with warm flannelette sheets, a real bonus in winter. The service was impeccable. Thank you, Loralei, for all you do for your guests 😘.

After a long day of adventures, coming back to the room felt like coming home. The hospitality and room service were amazing, and it's a perfect place to catch the sunrise. Would love to visit again.

A lovely, cosy room with plenty of amenities, and a comfortable bed for a restful sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast, and our host was very helpful. A real treasure to find, highly recommend!
