Sam, the manager, made everything smooth and stress free. He was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was comfortable, clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. Its convenient location made getting around easy. I had a great stay at City Suites Motel, would happily return, and definitely recommend it for comfortable accommodation and excellent service.

The location was the only good part. The lobby smelled strongly of curry, and there was a slight curry smell on the bedding too. The shower head leaked all over, the double bed was two singles pushed together, and the AC unit smelled moldy. The photos show the mold inside it. The bed was hard as a rock; I might have been more comfortable on the floor if I hadn't been so worried about what was there. Snacks were outrageously priced. It was $350 if you cook and set off the alarms. The owner won't agree to a partial refund. Awful experience.

I've been coming for the last two years, and Sam is especially professional, efficient and polite. He sometimes accepts our early check-in, which we appreciate. The staff are awesome, and the room is clean and quiet. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is great with good shower pressure. I really enjoyed my stay. See you soon, Sam ☺️

Sam at reception made us feel welcome straight away. He was cheerful and professional, and even arranged an early check-in after we arrived tired from travelling. The staff were all friendly and helpful. City Suites was spotless and comfortable, with a great spot close to everything in Tauranga. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it for a relaxing, convenient visit. 🌟

The reception team was really accommodating about the things that could have made checking in difficult for me elsewhere. My room felt welcoming, and it was modern, clean and comfortable. I absolutely loved staying here and would come back to City Suites Tauranga next time I book in Tauranga. 10/10 for me. Thanks! ☺️
