Eleven at Williams

We stayed in apartment P10 over Easter 2026 for three nights and paid top money, but it was a very disappointing stay. The apartment was advertised as luxury, yet it was old and needed refurbishing. There was no sky tv, the beds were uncomfortable, and the linen and towels needed replacing. We got one very small milk on arrival for a three-night stay. There was no view, just concrete and other buildings all around, and we felt shut in. Parking was a long way from the apartment. We had to cross one car park to a lift, then another parking area, even though there was a free park outside our door. Location was the only thing going for it. We would never stay here again. Check carefully what you're getting despite the advertising, and read reviews. There are better places in the area at a cheaper rate, even at the same time of year.
