Jo and Sam were wonderful hosts, and everything was spotless and well appointed. The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Grange Harbour View was also really handy to where I was attending a funeral. I highly recommend staying here.

Mom and I stayed in a lovely twin room. On a freezing, rainy evening, the heater and electric blankets were a real help. Breakfast was standard, which was fine, and the bathroom was modern and lovely. Just watch out for the slippery tiles!

A beautiful bed and breakfast, even better than the pictures. Jo and Sam are lovely hosts, and the amenities were comfortable, clean, and complete. Highly recommend.

The bathroom was tidy, and the room was really comfortable and quiet. Jo kept the lovely lounge fire supplied with wood, and both Jo and Sam were friendly and helpful. Thanks so much. I relayed before going to see my friend in Ohauiti.

The common room was great, and the room and hosts were great too. It worked well for my business needs, though having a small desk would have helped.
