We booked a family suite at the last minute while heading home to auckland, and had a great night here. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and clean too. Reception were friendly and very helpful. It's in a great spot, near the supermarkets and bakery. We'll stay again in future.

We had a spacious, clean room and could walk to where we needed to be in two minutes. The room's kitchen facilities and microwave were handy, and I enjoyed a lovely bath in the spacious bathroom. We didn't hear anything from the neighboring rooms, and free parking was included. Reception and housekeeping were both super friendly. We'll definitely return.

The service was very, very poor, and the price they ask is disgusting. At $300.00 a night, you'd expect to be paying to stay at Hilton, lol. There were only four sugar packets in the room for the five of us, and we couldn't ask for more. I don't recommend this place at all.

It's more than just a Motor Inn. The staff are friendly, and the location is perfect for transport, restaurants and the theatre just across the road. There are lovely walks right by the harbour.

The room was easy to get into, and the spa was a nice extra. Cleanliness needs work, though. We found little groups of ants in every room, including the bedroom, main room and bathroom. There were also a few unidentified hairs on the beds, which put us off.
