The room was on the small side, but it had a private bathroom, and the kitchen was always clean and tidy. At reception, a really friendly lady explained how the modern key system worked, which made the place feel safe. We could leave our car at the main entrance too.

We stayed here about nine years ago and would come back again. The place was warm, quiet and clean. Our room’s basin had several cracks, and the ceiling looked as if it had been roughly repaired more than once. We’d booked two rooms through booking.com for our family of four, expecting them to be joined or next door to each other. At first they were at opposite ends of the hallway, both with double beds. When the manager learned we had two children, he rearranged things so the rooms were beside each other and one had two single beds for the kids. We really appreciated that.

The shared area was roomy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The place was very clean, with good Wi-Fi and beds, and the towels were good, even excellent. Our room was quite small, though, and voices carried between rooms, even ordinary conversation.

Everything matched the description, and the place felt safe and was very clean. Paul and his family, along with Olga at reception, gave excellent, personal service. We’d highly recommend it.
