We were comfortable here, and it was clean and tidy. It was handy being able to leave the car in the garage out of the hot sun, and we really liked the pool and spa pools. The location was spot on, and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks very much, Steve.

We booked at the last minute and were happy with the room. Check-in was quick and easy, and parking was good. We stayed two nights while visiting Tauranga. The place was clean and fresh, and the location made it easy to get to food, the night market and the beach walk. A must, we'd recommend checking it out. Tina.

The private penthouse was amazing, but the hotel itself felt run down. The outdoor spa water was putrid, and the indoor spa was empty with rubbish around it. Yuck.

We were lucky enough to get a better room at no extra cost, which made an already wonderful stay feel extra special. The views were breathtaking, and the location was so convenient. Service was outstanding, check-in and check-out were easy, and the amenities were beautiful. We can't wait to come back. 10/10, highly recommend!
