I was impressed by how peaceful it was, and the staff were super friendly despite what some other reviews say. If management have been strict about keeping noise down, it was worth it for the great night's sleep we had. A quiet room in the middle of the city is fab. The location is great, a stone's throw from the hot pools and beach and a short walk into town. The apartments were spotless, though I think the shower and bathroom tiles could use a deep clean. I'm a Cleaner myself, so probably notice that more than others! There's secure parking, a pool and gym, and our apartment was spacious and fully equipped. We'll definitely stay again.

From our fifth-floor apartment, we had breathtaking views of Pilot bay and a big balcony. It was super clean and spacious, and the management team were very friendly. The kids loved it too. The beach, hot pools and cafes are just a two-minute walk away. Access to the lifts and other entrances is very secure with touch keys. Highly recommended.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment with friends for a concert weekend, and it was beautiful, with amazing views of the bay and mountain. The showers were nice, and no expenses seemed to have been spared. The jacuzzi was relaxing and big enough for everyone with room to spare. The manager was kind and really accommodating, with great instructions that made our stay go smoothly. I felt much more welcome here than at the other resorts across the road. We ended up getting another room and staying longer than our friends, in a one-bedroom on the floor below.

We got a free upgrade, which was amazing. The apartment was spotless, stylish and spacious, with fantastic views over the water. Such a beautiful place to spend a few relaxing days, and a lovely break from our container home while we're building. It was snowing when we left, so landing at the Mount in 16 degrees felt almost tropical 🤣

We flew down to NZ for a long weekend to visit my partner's Mum and booked at the Pacific Apartments. From the phone call to make the booking through check-in and the rest of our stay, the hosts were wonderful and we couldn't fault them. The rooms were a great size, the in-room laundry was perfect for our gym gear, and the location was superb for dining and attractions. The customer service alone will bring us back. The hosts were kind, caring, supportive and nurturing.
