Annie made our stay at Bellarosa B&B. She was so sweet and full of energy, and kept the place spotless and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, and the view was fantastic. This is my favorite bed and breakfast from all my travels so far. Next time we're in the area, we'll stay here again and use it as our base. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Rotorua but with Annie!

Set high above the surrounding landscape, Bella Rosa B&B has a lovely view and a peaceful feel. It's easy to reach, about 15-20 minutes from the town centre. The rooms and property were spotless, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable North Island road trip. Annie is a wonderful host. A great place for a quiet getaway, highly recommended.

The quiet room was a real plus. We couldn't hear either the airport or the highway, and the B&B is still only about a 12-15 minute drive from town, close to the geothermal attractions and redwood forest. Annie gave us excellent recommendations, and the room was fantastic. Breakfast was good too. A peaceful stay, and one I'd recommend.

At night it was wonderfully quiet out in the countryside, though Rotorua was an easy 12-15 minute drive away and the redwood forest about 10 minutes. We could also get to places like Waitapu Thermal Wonderland easily. The rooms were immaculate, the beds very comfortable, and breakfast was great. Annie, the owner, helped us choose things to do nearby and was a terrific host. One of the most peaceful places we stayed in New Zealand. I'd highly recommend Bellarosa!
