Breakfast on the front deck overlooking wonderful Waihi Beach was a treat, especially the delicious homemade muesli and the good selection of things for a balanced breakfast. Pat and Keith were incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The room was spotless and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re after somewhere to relax, give Atalaya a call. You won’t be disappointed. Robyn and Doug

The facilities were okay, but that bed was poor for relaxing or getting a decent sleep. It felt old and the mattress was extremely soft.

We had a warm, clean and cosy unit for our two-night stay, and the hosts were great. The kitchen was well equipped too. Highly recommend it.
