The upstairs steps and rooms were covered in chicken droppings, with chickens roaming everywhere, and the grass was nearly waist-high. Inside, there were used dishes on the benches, wet laundry across the lounge and rotting bananas surrounded by flies. The single beds were awful, just foam mattresses on the floor with a double duvet folded over each one and no sheets. There was also a hidden camera in the house. I would give this no stars if I could. Stay away.
When I got there, I called the contact number. A man with an Asian accent told me the place had shut months earlier and said to contact the online agency I booked through to get my money back. Scam artists.
I’m a city girl, so getting a taste of farm life was lovely. I really liked staying here and would love to come back :)
