The whole place feels lovely and peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the cabins were amazing. Everything was really clean, and the kitchen had plenty of equipment. Abel Tasman National Park is only a three minute drive away. The owner was so friendly and nice. We'll definitely pick this place again when we're back in this part of NZ.

Our host was lovely and shared really useful tips for the next part of our trip. We had a great time at Kanuka ridge lodge, with a nice room and the quiet of nature in the beautiful Abel Tasman region. I'd highly recommend it.

The manager was very helpful, and the location worked perfectly for our stay. Our studio was tiny, but good value, and the facilities were perfectly adequate. I hadn't realized this was a backpacker lodge with shared facilities, though that could've been my own mistake. We enjoyed chatting with people in the shared kitchen, but the mattress felt very firm.

We had a great time staying among native bush at the edge of the national park. The facilities were spotless, and Stuart and Andrea were fantastic hosts. I only wish we'd had more time there. We'll definitely come back next time we're in Abel Tasman.
