We could easily have stayed longer. The suite was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, and there was a garage for the car. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The views of the lake and mountains were spectacular.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating when bad weather meant we needed to change our booking dates. We loved our stay, with spacious rooms, modern facilities and fun extras for the kids, including hot tubs and games tables. Great value overall.

A comfortable bed and a lovely mountain view, especially good for the price.

We spent a week here in a three-bedroom apartment with our two adult children. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The living room and balcony also had a beautiful view. We’d stay again.

I’d specifically booked a downstairs two-bedroom apartment and told them I wanted downstairs, since I booked directly. We were given a three-bedroom place upstairs instead, so we had to haul our luggage up. The spa wouldn’t work at first, and there were no lights by it or along the path, so we walked down the road because we couldn’t see how else to get there. Another guest found the buttons had been disconnected and got the bubbles working, but there were still no jets. The games room light was out too. It would’ve been good if the facilities worked and we’d been given the downstairs apartment we requested.
