Belvedere Luxury Apartments - Wanaka

The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, well equipped and just as advertised. We liked the space, location and amenities once we got in. What let the stay down was the front desk service. Email replies before we arrived were curt and unhelpful, and the same unfriendly attitude continued at check in. We didn’t feel welcome, and even simple requests seemed to be an inconvenience to her.

Teri deserves a special mention. She’s friendly and professional, pays attention to the details, and clearly cares about making sure guests have what they need. She’s doing a wonderful job running the place. Belvedere Apartments were spotless and comfortable, with a short stroll to the lake, shops and restaurants. The thoughtful little touches made it feel like a home away from home. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

The owner or manager was friendly and easy to reach, and we had a lovely view from the balcony. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It’s in a quiet spot, with only a short walk to the supermarket, food trucks and lake. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for a holiday.

A sauna was just the thing for relaxing sore muscles after a day on the mountain, and there’s a dry room for snow gear too. The apartment has parking and everything you need to explore Wanaka and the surrounding area. The beach, restaurants, cafes, bars and food trucks are all within walking distance.
