We had the whole site for the wedding party and guests when our niece got married at the Shed Guesthouse. It’s a fantastic location, with great amenities. The large main kitchen had everything we needed and was well equipped. The girls loved getting ready by the big mirror in the Shed kitchen. It was a cool weekend, but we all stayed warm in the yurts, kitchens and guesthouse rooms. Showers and bathrooms were lovely, and toiletries were provided too. The hosts were very accommodating. We hardly saw anyone, but they were just a phone call away whenever we needed them. A great venue for large groups or family reunions, and I’d highly recommend it.

The grounds were lovely and had plenty of space for our dog, who was welcome. We could easily get to the river bed for walks, and there was heaps of easy parking. The hosts were wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and tidy, with a large kitchen stocked with plenty of good gear. The bathroom had quality fittings and thoughtful touches, including lovely toiletries. We’ll be back. Thanks so much to both of you.

Lovely gardens and trees surround The Shed Guesthouse. It was perfect for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and great ensuite showers. Angie and Mark were kind, accommodating and so helpful. We really appreciated them.

There’s a spacious shared cooking area and lounge, and the grounds and location are pleasant. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, but the room itself was small and got very stuffy at night. It has a sliding glass door as its only opening, no windows, and there’s no ventilation unless you leave the door open. The screen doesn’t seal properly. It really does feel like sleeping in a shed. I’m not sure how they could fix this significant design flaw. With better architecture, this interesting place could be much better, but as it is, it isn’t.

The rooms were spotless, the grounds were well cared for, and the kitchen had plenty of space for cooking. You can tell Rusty and Jo work hard. Rusty was super friendly and gave us good suggestions for places to eat in town. Thanks, Rusty!
