The owner-manager made me feel very welcome. Siena Lodge was exceptionally clean and everything was in great order, and the location was great too. One of the best regional motels I've stayed in. I highly recommend it.

Many thanks from Glenn and Kim. The room was comfortable, clean and tidy, with a well thought out layout and good appointments. The beds were comfortable too, and the service had a genuine old-fashioned warmth.

The owner welcomed us warmly, and the unit was lovely and clean. It had useful extras you don't usually find, like paper towels and gladwrap, along with a comfortable bed, heated towel rail and hair-dryer. Supermarkets are within walking distance. I booked Sienna after seeing the positive reviews and wasn't disappointed. Very reasonably priced, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

Ron is a great host. He had the heat-pump running, so we arrived to a lovely warm room, and it was as clean as review after review had promised. We'll definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

A year after my first review, I came back and it was still as good as I remembered. On our stay over the recent Easter weekend, the place was spotless and comfortable, and the staff, including the lovely Bonnie, were so helpful. This little gem made our time in New Zealand that much better. Highly recommended.
