Annie and Ross were friendly, warm, and very accommodating, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. My husband and I had a brilliant one night stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the CBD, Cuba Street, and other popular spots. We'd recommend it without hesitation.

Annie and Ross made us feel welcome and right at home, and we felt wanted there. The gorgeous homestead is peaceful while still being so close to the city. Thanks for making our holiday from Australia so lovely. We've still got more quiet reading, relaxing, and enjoying ourselves to do. I'd rate the accommodation 5+ stars for sure.

The hosts gave us such a warm welcome and generously let us enjoy their beautiful home. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh fruit salad and warm croissants. Bidwill is a delightful BnB in a large family home in central Wellington, with comfortable, spacious rooms and everything you need.

The price feels excessive for what you get, and breakfast wasn't especially impressive. There was a dirty, filthy pillowcase on a pillow. Parking was awkward, with only paid street parking and no private parking. The bathroom is shared with all the guests and the owners, something the description doesn't mention. You enter from the street via many very steep steps, and aren't allowed inside the property from 10 am to 4 pm. And so on.

Parking wasn't the best, and those steps were a challenge for someone unfit like me 😁. Still, it was a very nice stay. It's a beautiful, big old fashioned house, and the views are worth seeing. I'd recommend the experience and hope to stay again.
