The woman who greeted us was so welcoming and had a great sense of humour. Our room was tidy and clean, and they’d left drinks and chocolate for us. I’m happy with our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks for the service.

The cosy warm lighting made the bedroom feel like home, and there were chocolate and coffee pods with a machine in the room. After a long drive on a hot summer afternoon, the welcome drinks were a lovely bonus. It seems to have been recently renovated, with new management, and everything felt brand new and spotless. The management were very welcoming. I’d definitely come back next time we visit Whakatane.
