It was easy to find, the location was nice, and our chalet had everything we needed. Spa pool in chalet c was private, too. But the room felt very tired, and the bed was old and horribly uncomfortable. It definitely needs replacing. There was no air conditioning in the chalet, which was annoying, and I wasn’t sure about the spa water quality. It probably needed changing. Communication from the manager before our stay wasn’t great either. We emailed and texted a few questions and got no response.

We had the whole place to ourselves and had such a good time. The unit was clean, neat, nicely stocked, and very pleasant. The spa was definitely the highlight. Shelly was a big help when there was a small booking hiccup, and she sorted it out efficiently. Thank you. We recommend the place 100%.

A lovely weekend, and the interior was beautiful, especially the kitchen. The smart TV and Bluetooth stereo were just right, and it had the comforts of home. A few small extras would have made things friendlier, like milk for tea and coffee, spreads for toast, and a lighter for the candles. A couple of things weren’t working. I’m happy to discuss those with the owner.

We spent four days at the cc at the end of winter for a lovely baby-moon. It’s a quaint place with nice touches like candles, a stereo, and a spa. There’s no Sky, but there’s a pub down the road where we could watch the rugby 😊. If you’re visiting the area, take Beth and Jon’s advice and try the Harrisons cape runner tour. Best value tour in nz 😊.

So peaceful and quiet, with amazing views. The place was clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the lovely spa pool. Just an amazing stay. 😍😍😍
