The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, with a large plush bed and a great shower. The design details and amenities were well considered. Staying among the dunes meant breathtaking views from our room. The camp itself is beautiful and peaceful, with decor that brings in Omani craftsmanship. In the middle of the desert, the whole place was impressive. Breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide selection of delicious local and international food. The restaurant staff were attentive, and every meal was a pleasure. From check-in onward, everyone treated us with real warmth and kindness. The team was friendly, helpful and quick to take care of what we needed. A special mention for Shahnawaz at front reception. I arrived with my wife and our two boys, Zain & Deen, and he handled every request with care and strong local knowledge. He arranged a last-minute room change and private transportation on short notice for a sunset view and quad bikes. His recommendations felt personal, and his communication was proactive and warm. That level of service made the trip feel effortless. We were sad to leave and are already planning to return. We highly recommend Desert Camp Resort to anyone visiting Oman for its comfort, luxury and authentic Omani charm.

We had a great family and friends visit to Desert Nights Resort, Wahaiba sands. The food and activities were very good, and the staff were excellent. Reception and the manager were friendly and supportive. Mr Ahmed, Mr Rashid and Mr Abdulrazak were excellent drivers, both on the desert drive and when our vehicle got stuck in the sand. An amazing team overall.

You’re in the middle of the desert, and the experience is impressive for that setting. We saw a stunning sunset over the dunes, and everything was well organized. Dinner was amazing and breakfast was very good too. The room and bathroom were excellent, and the bed was super comfortable.

We got a complimentary camel ride from the team to watch the sunset, which was a highlight. We also went sand bashing, and Rasak was an excellent guide. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the resort sits right in the heart of the desert. If you enjoy stargazing, staying overnight is a must.

We paid 137€ for one night for two people, with dinner and breakfast included. At dinner, only water was included as a drink, but they were clear about that. The room was clean and good, and the food was tasty and seemed safe to eat. One night is enough.
